Protecting your private information is our priority. This
Privacy Policy applies to the AI Hidden Spy Camera Detector and governs data
collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise
noted, all references The App or to the AI Hidden Spy Camera Detector (Hereunder
referred to as “HSCD App”).
Collection of Your Personal Information
The HSCD App does not collect personally identifiable
information.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally
identifiable information such as signing up for our email newsletter or
personally sensitive data through your use of the HCD App, this information may
be collected and used by others.
Images submitted using the HSCD App AI Image Recognition feature
are used only by the AI to return results to you in the app. Neither the search
results nor the original images are used for any other purpose and are securely
deleted from our AI host system.
Use of Your Personal Information
The HSCD App does not collect any personal information, if
you provide personal information like your email address, HSCD App may use your
personally identifiable email information to inform you of other products or
services available from HSCD APP and its affiliates.
HSCD APP does not sell, rent or lease its lists to third
parties.
HSCD APP will disclose your personal information, without
notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such
action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with any
legal process served on HSCD APP; (b) protect and defend the rights or property
of HSCD APP ; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal
safety of users of HSCD APP , or the public.

If HSCD APP is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset
